The Laundry Mall is a well-known landmark in Chicago’s North Shore neighborhood of Winnetka. Located in the heart of the central business district near Green Bay Road, it was originally built in 1925, as the home of the Nelson Laundry Company. The Laundry Mall was converted to its present multi-tenant retail/office use in 1980. The Mall retains its original charm.
